c. Content and messages
We store the content you create, schedule and publish, the media you upload, the messages in your unified inbox, and your knowledge base documents. This data is used only to provide the Service.
d. AI conversations
When you use AI features, including the chatbot and content generation, the text you provide and the responses generated may be processed by our AI providers to produce results. We do not use your business content to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.
