Your profile, your notifications

• NewAdd a profile picture to your account.
• NewNotifications: a bell in the app for failed posts, new customer messages and chats the AI handed over. Choose what you get, in the app or by e-mail, under Profile › Notifications.
• NewOptional weekly summary e-mail (every Monday).
• NewPrivacy & data in your Profile: turn product e-mails on or off, download your data, delete your account.
• ImprovedNew AMS logo and a refreshed sign-in page.
• ImprovedThe Back button on your Profile now returns to the page you came from.

Roles & permissions

• NewCampaign owners can decide exactly what each role (admin, supervisor, agent, viewer) may see and do. The app and the server both follow these settings.
• ImprovedPosts that automation is working on show as "Publishing" and can't be edited by mistake.
